All the diehard Big L fans please have faith in me I will never stop continuing on the lyrical path he paved for us. I’ve probably watched this 1000 times n it always feels fresh n always reinforces the vision we share. He had monumental plans far beyond the common consensus. A culture where multi-syllabic lyrics that would still sound good acapella. One love to uncle Mont you live forever🧡

That’s why he’s my goat, made a point of trying to destroy every track he was on. Truly the greatest of all time for me, nobody can tell me otherwise… there isn’t one song where he is outshined or spits a sub par verse, he was and is the definition of a true lyricist, no one compares to him for me, some are similar in ways but none are ever as gifted as he was. When the host said: "It's about time for y'all to rhyme", D Flow scanned the room real quick, and took the initiative with no fear, when you work on your skill focus steps in place, and any fear that was present, leaves the premises. Edited to say that the first flow was the most flawless flow of all, in this session, and it's a metaphor for life, how D Flow was caught off guard, but his skill was so on point that he was able to smash through his verse easy (when skill meets opportunity you gotta be the first to step up).
