It must be exhilarating to enjoy such freedom to play like this - no authority to be kow-towed to - no one to oppress you with their aesthetic totalitarianism - and of course, if this "offends" you then the freedom is yours to go elsewhere rather than make useless disparaging comments here - as far as I am concerned this is pure artistry - slightly marred by the poor sound reproduction of You Tube - but the essence is not lost here - a free flow of ideas brought from latency to realisation in real time by two masters of their instruments

Absolutely, these masters thrive on the unknown, not knowing what's coming next. They like to surprise themselves. Its a journey. A linear progression. Detractors are too dependent on circuitous music. They cannot live without their warm fuzzy blanket of melody. Their mind, at least when it comes to instrumental sound, is a trap door.
