One of my favorite players to watch, especially his time on the Knicks. He had a great Finals in 94 and mighta got the MVP if they pulled it off. Met him when I was 15 and he was awesome!

As a knick fan i still love derek harper. His defense fit in perfectly with the rest of the team. Had an amazing 94 finals and had the knicks won was a shoe in for mvp. Im happy the mavs retired his number and its safe to say he is and always will be welcome at the garden.

Being a huge Knicks fan I was pumped when Harp came onboard. I always said he was going to put us over top the Bulls. Of course I was a lot younger in those days and didn’t understand the greatness that Jordan had with the Bulls. Sharp Shooter I think JET will be retired and definitely Dirk. But Cuban is kind of stingy with retiring numbers. Originally Harper's number was supposed to be retired back in 2014. But idk they waited 4 years to do it. In my opinion. Kidd, Terry, Dirk and Finley should be retired but I bet one of those guys gets left out
