Derek|Meredith - Doorway to My Dreams (AU)

(AU): Meredith Grey is a temporary resident at SGH. She instantly falls for Derek Shepherd, head of neuro surgery! Meredith is offered a huge career opportunity in Boston but will she choose love or her dreams? In the end she realizes they are one in the same, that love is her dream!
