I discovered Derik years ago. Bought his first book "Anything you want". Then this summer I bought "How to live" and already read it three times. Yes, you are right "Philosophy for creatives"

My big take away here is that it is OK that I have 100 ideas queued up but I'm only able to work on 1-2 of them at the same time. I find that prioritising time to spend on my ideas is the hardest thing because I'd love to do them all 🤩 I'm a born again Monomaniac after watching this; guilt free (the other 99 future possible ideas can wait).

I've had such a hard time with this later in life, and I finally got diagnosed with ADHD. Now everything makes so much sense. Finally have been able to get beneficial treatment, and my brain is starting to get back to understanding that time is there!

I love this metaphor "Possible Futures". I have the same desire to see what ideas & projects I can do in the future. As a builder, that is why I created the tool called SparkLand to get my creative flow influxed, transformed, and balanced. I am hoping through observation, reflection, playing, and performing, real ideas can be born.
