What to do if your novel is too long (self-editing tips for authors)

Apologies for this rough video; but it did help me get some clarity on my fantasy novel so I'm sharing it in the hopes it helps you as well. I have big plans to start making higher quality videos, soonish, eventually... but honestly I squeeze these out while procrastinating from my creative work and I feel like I've said everything before - I would love to hear your comments about what you need from me and I'm thinking of doing a summer 'writing camp' kind of thing, if you're into that... let me know!

Congrats on the work coming out soon. Best of luck. I too have been waiting for you to post. I have seen all your videos. Hands down, you are the best teacher on writing. Knowledgeable and easy to follow. You need to be a professor at a college as well. I know you are a full time writer, but your way of getting the information in the pupils mind is phenomenal. The stuff professors are made of.
