Surround yourself with Godly men and women. I be been clean 7 months and I try to do 2 hours a day sermons or church and it's working for me. No 12 step meetings, but a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lot of church. A lot of God's word. And a lot of prayer as well. I will pray for you but please get linked up with others and find a good church that challenges you not a lukewarm church

I can resonate with this. I had reached this point. Utter desperation somehow is an understatement. You practically backed yourself into a corner with no possible way out. And this is when the glory of Jesus stands aloud and he comes like a super hero out to get you outta the darkness. Gotta love Jesus.

It's strange but I believe God had separated me from the chaos that's in New York City. As of June this year I was brought safely to Medellin, Colombia. On the surface, one would never consider going to Colombia based on it's violent history 30 years ago. However, since I have been here I feel peace that was non-existent in New York. This separation in ways reminds me of Paul's journey into Arabia after his conversion. I will not speculate what God has planned for me but it's apparent I must abide by whatever He commands me to do. I only hope I have the wisdom to see and follow through with the Lord. I thank God Almighty for leading me to Derek Prince who was annointed to preach the gospel.

I didn't even know this was a biblical teaching or something that would warrant a video by Derek Prince but a week ago I've been praying to God for something out of complete desperation, feeling like there's absolutely nothing that can be done without God's grace. Without his intervention. A lot of what is said in this video is what I believe God was doing in that moment. I will never stop praying for this.

I believe that God does protect us from our enemy's, and believe me, I have seen it. It's so bad that the evil spirits are all around us trying to steal, kill and destroy. It takes me a long time putting armor on, sprinkling myself (asking Jesus ), with Jesus, s precious Blood. Then praying to extract evil spirits that sneak in from self.
