We can approximate a tangent line by using a secant line, as long as the second point is chosen to be close to the point of interest. In this video, we visualize the limit of the slope of the secant lines by using a dynamic value for h approaching zero. This helps us recognize that the slope of the tangent line is equal to the limit of the slope of the secant lines.
