2:53:00 you are so damn right sir.. saara khichdi bana rakha hai sfm ka. Sfm used to be a major nightmare for me.. notes dekh k anxiety hoti thi.. Saare concepts mix.. 4 baar kr k bhi confidence ni aata tha kabhi. Na padha hua yaad rehta tha.. Wasted my attempts..25000 ka gyaan leke depression mila bas.. your question bank is freaking good. Chapter me bhi topic wise segregated hai questions which i always found hard while doing questions from different books. Jis chapter ko krne me 1 week lag jata tha, i am able to cover it whole in a single day.. just by referring notes (which are beautifully made and summarised) Thanks a ton sir for your efforts.. Thankyou so much for this ON POINT revision video. The video was so informative, I was able to solve all the questions of SM just by watching this. Just a single thing to call out, in Two Period Binomial model(In you Example) the Value of option comes down to 47.37 instead of 73.27 as the Expected payoff is 126*0.65 + 0*0.35 = 81.9 and not 119.48 and if we further calculate the PV of this 81.9 we get 77.26 at Node B and then at Node A we have (77.26*0.65+0*0.35)/1.06 = 47.38 is the actual answer i.e Value at the beginning.

Forwards and futures are same . The only difference is - forwards are OTC Transactions whereas the futures are transacted through stock exchange - although both are members of derivatives family
