There's something definitely wrong with your diet then. I had acne problem too. Probably bcz my guts are not clear. So I recently started eating more fibre. Rice and more veggies. But what actually made bigger difference was I also started eating a spoonfull fennel seeds after every meal (or any other time I want) followed with lukewarm/hot water My skin is much clearer now. You can also take unsweetened curd. Probiotics with fibre will clear your skin. Just try it

@@totoitutucoco hey, I know you are trying to help, but is really annoying to go and assume things just based on the person skin. I have (or rather had) several acne for many years, but it was never fault of my eating habits or my lifestyle, since I'm a sport woman, and was neither my hormones. So please stop trying to tell people what to do without being asked for it, specially with something as strange and variable as acne, you could make it worse.

@@columbashomosexuality7738 all they did was give a suggestion and their results from doing so. I am pretty sure the person has a mind of their own and wouldn't take pressure from a comment on the internet so nobody is "forcing" anyone to do anything. there's nothing wrong with their comment and extra advice can always be useful :)
@columbashomosexuality77385 жыл бұрын
@@awkblkgirll I get it, I said it in my last comment too, that they were trying to help. But the thing is this: people with acne heard or read this kinda things EVERYDAY, all day long people go assuming that it's their fault having acne, that is their food, their lifestyle, the supposed lack of hygiene for god's sake. And almost always is never like that, and just make you felt like shit, because you already are not eating foods you really like, do sports or try to get less stressed, wash your face with like 6 different products to make sure is clean, and someone comes and say: hey, it's your fault, you are doing it wrong. They try to help (even tough nobody asked them to talk), but in reality they are making it worse, they're are assuming thing that make you feel really bad. And that's why they should stop, the intention is good, but the things they say aren't, acne normally has nothing to do with things you can control (I'm talking about real acne here, not pimples). Pd: I'm not trying to be rude, sorry if it come out like that in this or the last comment, but it is really frustrating, like telling a balding guy they are losing hair because of their food, when it nearly always is genetic.

with the derma roller you're only meant to do each stroke once and then lift the roller off your face after each stroke!! This is SUPER important because you may not even realise it but when you're moving up and down without lifting it, it's creating small scratches as you're not going in a perfectly straight line up and down, and this is just going to irritate your skin unnecessarily.

@@annabellz1354 I don't recommend doing this yourself, get a professional to do it once a month. Make sure you do plenty research, some dermatologists have videos about it.

heynowhey I do it once a week on the smallest derma roller I think mine is .5 my best advice is to use that day as your facial day also don't forget your neck and maybe chest as alot of us get sun damage since we forget to put sun screen and lotion n such on our chest. after I do the derma rolling on my face I put a sheet mask on and chill for 30 min and put what's left in the pack on my neck and chest.

:((( this video unfortunately is very misinformed. there are so many reasons this should never be done at home. 1. these needles aren't surgical grade, so just after a few uses they will dull out and be useless and harmful to your skin texture. 2. its so ironic we use these to get rid of texture but using these at home with your untrained hand can create more texture especially if the derma roller is lower priced and has been used a few times. 3. if the blade is long enough to get anything done you're mostly not going to use it properly and end up creating damage instead of reversing it. and if the the blades are small enough to not do serious damage you're most likely wasting your coin. 4. (most important) germs! as you could see she halfway dipped the tool in rubbing alcohol for a short period of time there are still germs all over the bottom of that that will quickly crawl back up to the top of the handle and into her skin. this is a device that is very hard to properly 100% clean. that's why when you go into clinics to get this done the women are always using them like surgical tools (cause they are) and are wearing gloves. always remember that just because a few trustworthy people on the internet have positive things to say about a device like this doesn't make it sound or safe. she's a very lovely girl but she should have advised a dermatologist before doing this.

Many dermatologist and esthetician’s are extremely against derma rolling as 1) it’s impossible to completely sterilize the needles 2) uneven pressure can cause patchiness and extensive damage without noticing it 3) many products where designed to absorbe in your skin to a certain degree your skin is not designed to cope with the extra absorption after puncturing=irritation and long term sensitization. (She even used a cotton round which can be stuck in one of her puncture and cause more damage) 4) the needles can be easily bend (especially when she rub the tool with her finger). 5) the needle length is not regulated and the length that is sold can not penetrate enough to do clinical results. Again, no reputable dermatologist or esthetician would recommend this and are highly against at home micro-needling. Do some more research from licensed doctors before starting a new skin product instead of these “influencer”. Micro needling is beneficial when done properly in a sterile environment.

OUTSTANDING video, especially the references you show about needle size etc I would use 12% hydrogen peroxide and not alcohol. alcohol is drying and may be toxic. peroxide may be mixed with glycerin creating a skin lotion that is sanitizing and a powerful hydrator. in Europe, they call glycerin the non-surgical facelift. for acne, use castor oil at bedtime to prevent the acne, once every 3 days. for existing pimples, carefully roll on 12% peroxide with a Q-Tip. NEVER rub or scrub or scratch pimples ! That red pimple is actually your original skin cells which you need to keep for when the infection is defeated. scratching pimples destroys the original skin cells and will cause a depression or scar tissue. when healing begins, gently roll on liposomal vitamin C constantly to the pimple and the original skin will reappear with no scars or depressions. I treated nose infection with liposomal C and the original skin and pores came back.

I have had terrible dry, irritated skin from the 😷 mask I have been wearing during long shifts at work, running around and sweating in them!I found your channel because I typed in the product to watch a video before attempting this. I have had microneedling done by my physical therapist on my lower back for my herniated disc's. But I am also cautious and want to educate myself before doing this. Your video was SO HELPFUL, THANKS!! I have some questions please 🙏 1. I use gentle cleansers like Micellar water by Garnier to remove makeup and/or Cetaphil face wash and a reusable makeup cloth. Sometimes i use my Ulta battery operated face cleaner with a soft head. Does this sound good for washing your face first? 2. What moisturizer and products did you use after the microneedling? I checked the description box but didn't see any products listed. 🤷♀️ Again, thank you for the tutorial!

Sometimes I feel there are so much negativity in the people around! And they don't like taking any suggestions positively but trying to find a chance to attack people ''like u miss this and that point, you shouldn't have said this and that" Oh godd! -_- WHAT I BELIEVE Is that.. 10 different kinda suggestions can help in way and nothing is worng in suggesting people what they personally suffered and how she/he cured that problem! MAY BE it can help that particular person or the other person visiting the comment section in some way...Who knows! One extra suggestion.. Tried-Tested is nothing worng. It just add value to the checklist of the sufferer that "yes ..this can be the reason of my problem OR like no this point I have already checked upon and then seek other solutions!" AND Always people have their choice whether to follow or NOT to follow someone's suggestions. (Rest Please grow up and better we more Focus on supporting each other rather than attacking each other, YOU MAY surely add values to someone's suggestions that too in a very positive way😅) Positivity is good for mental and physical health 💫

As far as I know e.g. Japanese women aren't fans of harsh damage to the skin, they even use extremely gentle exfoliators like the tatcha rice enzyme powder. And Western societies use rougher exfoliators. Microneedling sounds absolutely logical though for scarring healing.. Any thoughts anyone? ☺

honestly doesnt it depend on skintype? if your facial skin seems really sensitive and soft u should be gentle with it. up it a notch if it doesn't do much. etc. i wouldnt jump straight to microblading, in any case tho

There are several factors on stuff like diet, climate and genetics that play into several regions having different skin-care routines... But ultimately it boils down to what works for you.

Thanks for the video. I have tons of mosquito bite scars on my legs and I'm wondering, Can I use this derma roller on the scars left on my legs? Would my scars disappear, and if yes, how often would you recommend for this to be done?

I read an article about how dermarolling does work short-term, but also does make u age faster in the longterm, because your body uses up the maximum of the collagen that your body is able to make faster, by healing the self-inflicted skin damage. Not sure what to believe, but im a bit scared now to try it?
@KillianGrenier135 жыл бұрын
Look in red light therapy if you're worried about aging from dermarolling. Also, intense exercise and intermittent fasting helps with HGH which turns into collagen...

I’m so happy you’re back because I’ve missed you and your videos so much! You seriously have no idea how often I check YT just to see if maybe you uploaded another video and I didn’t get the alert. With that said, I wish you uploaded more frequently. I know you ended your relationship not too long ago, but maybe it would help you out too by getting your mind off of it and doing what you love. Other KZbinrs upload twice a week and we’re lucky if we get one every two or three weeks...I just wish you uploaded more. I love you and I love your videos so much. We all love you. By the way, loved this video (as per usual) ♥️♥️

these types of rolls are actually more damaging that helpful... They actually rip the skin out at a 45 degree angle just creating more damage to your acne and skin. The pen works how ever. I would go to a professional so you dont mess up your face more ..

tajrocksable thank you! its so hard reading all these comments of people who have been motivated to go buy these tools and use them at home in hopes of having nice skin like this girl. i really hope this video hasn't lead to anyone damaging there skin with one of these rollers.

Heyyooo. Just wanted to advise you NOT to do this at home. It can often irritate your skin more. I too had loads of acne and have pits and scars running across my face. But it’s super dangerous to do this at home. Yes, it’s cheaper but it can lead to more scarring. Always talk to your dermatologist before trying something new on your skin ! Take care ❤️

This video is wrong and should be avoided! You are not a trained or qualified to give information regarding actual skin procedures. You should not use any needle past 0 .5 ml in length on your face .you can damage nerves and cause serious tears. You should also apply numbing cream before derma rolling and you should only use the device once! You cannot use the same device more than once for hygiene and safety . You should also not roll over the skin are that a couple times especially for first time use. Please stop giving people false and dangerous information that can have serious effects. I am a 2nd year training dermatologist and cringe when I see bloggers who have no idea what they're doing post this stuff. If people want to try DIY derma-rolling look to videos made by actual trained professionals or doctors!

Devon. Marie_ yea but cant you see how only using a 20-50 dollar device once wont be an option for people trying to up their skincare game at home. Usually the instructions say to disinfect and sterilize your device very well.

Do you know if there’s scientific evidence for this?
@subblonde31015 жыл бұрын
It stimulates collagen production under the skin and is proven to increase chemical absorption up to 1000 times, skincare can be absorbed into more layers of skin not just sit on the top layer. I think you really see the most benefits from doing the more invasive procedure in office with the longer needles. There isn't a huge amount of data on it other than what I've just mentioned, its more results based.
