Excellent! Good thing I’m not trying to become a pathologist, because I only got the lymphoma and the metastatic adenoca.of the lung correct. As a retired cytotechnologist it’s always fun for me to challenge myself, even when I crash and burn. Thanks

party trick at 46:13 or so, you're already to a certain type of lineage (no spoilers) to get to this diagnosis (or BPDCN) and away from the mimics mentioned, check the nuclear membrane . It's prominent here, and not because the chromatin is really vesicular like some DLBCLs. note the lack of neuts even in vessels, presence of eos and rare mature monos, and voluminous cytoplasm: that pushes you towards this and away from BPDCN
