Dr prescribed claritin and valtrex. Terrible itching red spots on arms and legs and parts of my back. Thank God not on my face. I also had a swollen gland in my neck and sore throat but that subsided with colloidal silver ear drops and taking tsps of it oral every several hrs.

I have lots of allergens, I feel sure these red sores are just a new manifestation of what is in my environment. I do not digest wheat/ gluten very well. I drive a semi and eating healthy is rare. But these pop up with a light itch. Apple cider vinegar and baking soda does decrease these sores, I'm going to try two weeks of food elimination to see what the culprit is. Vic

I have no idea what I have, i have these bumps on my stomach and they are really small. They look like a heat rash but there is no time I recall when I could have gotten one, if anyone knows what is wrong please help! 😣
