hello :) she explained that "note to myself" is a song she wrote, because in past times she has realised that she as a empathic person is sometimes a bit too compassionate. She describes that she tends to take over the feelings of the person in front of her, she wants to help as like that were originally her own feelings. But she has experienced that she can help people more when she just shows understanding, but emotionally holding more distance. That for her is a chance to take care of herself and can be there for the other person all at once. Therefore its called "note to myself". Hope, it helped in any way. You're welcome :-)
