Why does the interviewer not want audience members to yell a film title when Dermot is practically begging someone to remember the name??

Because actors are on strike right now. They aren't allowed to say movie/ show titles or characters of struck work. Victor was just doing his job to protect the actors as much as possible

@@literaryhype More than likely it was an independent film, and the SAG strikes don't apply to those. I understand having a default mode of protocol, but when the actor himself is asking for help he shouldn't be intervening against it. This is doing more harm than good. Besides, the actors already mentioned other film titles themselves, so why is the interviewer being selective?

@@poppinc8145 nobody's perfect and actors would accidentally mention titles. Victoria's job was to steer everyone away from those kind of things so we can still continue having connections. Dermot wasn't thinking about strike rules and victor was trying to help him out. There was a moment in Zachary Levi's panel where he was trying to remember a title and someone yelled out "you can't say it anyways" and he said "you're right". We want actors to continue being allowed to make comic con appearances during tbr strikes, so we just have to be extra careful and help each other out.

@@literaryhype Victoria is the interviewer? As I was speculating, I think it was very likely an independent film and those aren't supposed to be blacklisted anyways. By hurting independents they're giving major studios even more leverage.

@@poppinc8145 Victor (my phone autocorrected to Victoria) is the moderator. The movie referenced was Big Miracle, which was distributed by Universal Pictures, making it struck work.
