@InfinitSilver I think that is included in dietary restrictions... I don't think he mentioned it because as a doctor he assumes you'll check with your gen. pract. before starting a diet, like your suppose to... Though I don't know anyone who really does that, myself included.

Fast food is a big no no. But I wouldn't cut it out of your diet completely. Have it as a treat every now and then. Generally foods high in sugar and salt are the main factors of cellulite. Alcohol is bad in terms of developing cellulite. You can get healthy fats from frm avocado, almonds etc. Eat foods high in vitamin c and a. You can get protein from things like beans and lentils, doesn't mean you can't have steak onced in a while. Water rich foods like cucumber, grapes and melons.

fried foods,anything with grease,Salt,high calories.And anything with sugar in it. Diet drinks does not work.
