Technically he’s not fully healthy till next year he’s mentioned multiple times he knew this season was gonna be a rough grind ups and down he’s getting healthier but he’s at 70-80percent.

I watched my Astros play the Phils,Dodgers and last night Padres, I see the Padres vs Phils in the NLCS with Padres winning the NLCS and honestly the WS this year.

Ayy man as a pads fan anytime I see the astros I say well we might be done but hey yall played welll honestly in this series I hope we go on a run but there’s so many good teams but astros have a chance this year I mean they’ve been to like what the last 4 alcs and 6 out 7 or smth like that crazy man

@@Xvm794 yes we’ve been blessed with 7straight ALCS but this year while we may make a little noise the clear best team to me is the Padres with such a deep lineup and great pitching and bullpen.

That offseason elbow surgery really affected machado in the beginning of the season. The craziest thing is, manny said his elbow is still not 100%. It wont be 100% until next year.

@@CG-xl4tunolan is the man defensively its close but i give nolan the edge. Overall, manny is the better third baseman. He makes more splashy plays. Nolan is just more consistent and makes those flashy plays as well

Machado was my MVP pick this year. Healthy elbow whole year? Probably neck and neck with Ohtani right now. And...let's just say it...dude is HOF bound. Could use a couple more years of compiling stats...but it's inevitable.

When the Padres had both Juan Soto and Manny on the team, I always thought Manny was the better value and this year proves it even more for me. Soto is putting up great numbers in New York but he never impressed me when he was with the Padres but Manny has been consistent in both his value as a defensive player as well as hitting.

This is what happens when you have guys who have played the game...listen how they talk and the words they use...You can tell they are not sports writers or just someone talking about baseball..they give such details that anyone who has played the game knows what they are talking about and memories come back to being in a situation at Bat they can relate on a smaller level

I don't know if there is another more beautiful looking swing than Machado 's. If you're not a fan of a long, beautiful swing and prefer the short swing, Merrill's swing is a really good swing, too.

The cool thing this year is that so often the guys in front of Manny are doing so well. At least once and sometimes more time Manny is coming up with 2 guys in base and that discouraged pitching around Manny, too because no one wants to load the bases no matter the outs.
