Actually no, the Scripture is firmly against divorce under this new covenant in place now. Read it & it states unless it be for fornication, not adultery. Agree for the most part... But it’s not good to speak on what you couldn’t do. For the right person under the right emotional circumstances you would find yourself rationalizing for their atrocities as well. It’s a common thing to do stuff that doesn’t make sense when you have invested so much into a person. Or you may have a strong emotional attachment to a person. Almost like Stockholm Syndrome.
