This is what separates NBA players from Streetball players. It takes only 1 or 2 moves for an NBA player to score. It takes 30 moves for a street ball player to even create a shot and it isnt even likely to go in. In addition, NBA players actually put moves on their defenders while street ball players will stay at the same exact spot when they put a move on their defenders, which makes it completely pointless of doing the move

I agree even though technically I am a street baller I still understand the fact that simplicity is key if you can score in 2 moves or less do it, just because he didn't move around a lot doesn't mean you can label a whole group based off of one persons decision on how to play, everyone makes a conscious decision o how to play (of course the fundamentals are necessary) but everyone has a specific style so don't get his style of play confused with an annoying label for people

@CyrilJanDacasin2 жыл бұрын
Put it like this. A streetballer is a dragster and an NBA player is a racecar. A dragter can only accelerate fast and can’t corner as much or can’t at all. While a race car can accelerate fast though not as much as a dragster but they can still last longer laps in a track while keeping great speeds in corners which a dragster can’t do.

After the first few turns, Rose was starting to take it easy on MoreFree. Derrick's defense got looser and more reactive rather than aggressive. If you look at his movements though, he's just taking short steps. He's not buying into any of the feints. His offense also started to become more showy than discreet. If MoreFree can't put Rose on his heels, what more if we common players were to face Rose? The skill gap is just too great.
