The flower park in front of the city hall looks gorgeous. Definitely one of the more beautiful cities in Finland!

@@MyMaxamad You mean boring? I think it will be ok for 2 years. I'm planning to even shorten it to one year and do some exchange programs for a semester or two. Thanks for the advice though!

Welcome to Finland! In my experiences Joensuu really becomes alive in autumn when the students arrive from different parts of Finland and abroad too. I hope you enjoy it!
