Dave, my wife and I (both seniors by definition) recently bought a treadmill for more much needed exercise, especially in the winter. We have an iPad attached and have been through maybe half of your videos. We can’t tell you just how great and motivating they are. You are a very lucky person to live where you do in proximity to so many beautiful places. Absolutely love the canal walks, then kick on the incline for your ventures into the hills. Keep it up. Ah this is so pleasing to hear! I've always loved and appreciated all these beautiful places I live amongst! I am glad to be filming them, putting them on KZbin for all to see! I very much hope to be out filming come canals this Autumn.

They don't make them like they used to! When you were walking down those steps you really get a sense of the size and scope of the wall, wow, very impressive architecture. I kept imagining you were walking around a submerged castle.

They don't make them like this anymore, and it is a real shame I think! Such a grand, imposing yet majestic construct! I reckon it will long outlast the modern constructs that gets built nowadays..

Hello!🌞 Even a walk along an old, well built dam, is so enjoyable!! Lots of lush vegetation, as well as listening to the water... which is always delightful! I think the lavender was heather? Which I love to see on these various walks. You made it back just in time too! 🌧 Thank you Dave, another nice countryside stroll !! 🦋

It is indeed heather, covers a lot of the hills in a beautiful shade of purple! It was a very enjoyable walk, will do another video walk on it one day, I want to catch the water going over the dam wall.

Excellent! You're lucky there in England, all that rain and green...I suggest you try a drink of raw organic cacao powder (1-1,5 tbsp) with organic milk and panela before your walks, instead of coffee, from time to time, so you avoid tolerance...Thanks!
