Derwent Watercolor Pencil Review

In today's video, I'm Reviewing Derwent watercolor pancils. I saw them at Blick and bought 6 colors to try out. After trying it as colored pencils, I bought a 36 color set from Amazon to try painting with them for a video. I loved the pigment when adding water to the colored pencils. Even though I was limited on colors, I was still able to be expressive and play around with the colors that I did have. The Derwent pencils are so easy to build up on in between drying times. Also, at the end I show a recent painting I did of Ariana Grande, I tried using a watercolor base, then building off of that with the Derwent watercolor pencils. I recommend this brand to whoever wants to add depth to their watercolor artworks, or who wants to try a diffrent medium.

Hiya! Thanks so much for sharing your positive experience with Derwent Inktense pencils. Your Pomeranian is adorable!! Just a tip, Derwent inktense are different to Derwent watercolour pencils. Inktense contain ink pigments (which are permanent once activated with water and left to dry), but the watercolour pencils have watercolour pigment which can be reactivated with water after it has dried on the page. It would be a good idea to change your title to Inktense instead of watercolour pencils. Have a great day and happy arting! ❤
