I am having problems with descaling. My machine won't go on the descaling program. I tried to follow the instructions without the descaling program. After following the instructions, my light is still orange. What could be the reason why it's not going to the green light. Please help if anyone has any ideas what could be the reason!!

The light is orange, how to 'Enter Descaling Mode'? I did all of this but the light remains orange.

@@mayabee36 I figured it out. There was more description in the Dutch version. You gotta hold the Hot Water switch to the right for 10 seconds *while the machine is on standby/off*, until the little light starts flickering like in the video.
