The video is saying add a code what code and where there isnt anywhere on my machine where you add a code ? Confusing or what i cant even descale the darn thing as its not doing what the video is saying .

Javiens111 Hola, el video dice que debes descalcificar tu cafetera Colors cada 3 meses o bien, cada que la luz se torne naranja. Para ello puedes utilizar el kit que venden en su página. Aunque si tu cafetera es nueva, ya te incluye un sobre con polvo que debes disolver en medio litro de agua. Los demás pasos se representan bien en el video, síguelo tal cual. Agrega agua cuando sea necesario, retira las partes y seca como indica el mismo.

Javiens111 Sólo la primera carga de agua tiene descalcificante. Cuando colocas el contenedor de agua por primera vez, debes mover la palanca hacia la marca roja o de "caliente" y en automático la maquina inicia el proceso. En otro video vi que si esto no sucede, debes subir el nivel hasta la marca 7 con el botón de encendido, y esperar a que la palanca vuelva al centro por sí sola. Toma 2 min. Aprox.
