Our coffee machine leaks water from somewhere below without even starting the machine itself. 😮My model is different. It is a Piccolo.

This machine is NOT automatic. So it wont stop on its self. You are in the control of how much liquid comes out. When you are making a espresso I recomend that you count to 15 or ajust to your cup size. When u have enough liquid flip the lever for cold and hot to the center.

Gracias por robar mi tiempo absurdamente. Con poner en la web: Presiona encendido 5 segundos, luego caliente y que llene y luego frío, luego que el botón en verde. CON ESTO BASTA, NO NOS ROBEN TIEMPO INNECESARIAMENTE, y mejor se ahorran la música. Y revisen el texto que escriben en su web. Es vergonzoso que pongan erratas en una publicación estática: Presiona el botón de bebidas calientes hasta extraer la mitad del depósito. Repite con la opción de bebidas frías y espera 2 min a que el descalcificador de cafeteras actúe. Llena otra vez el depósito, pero solo con agua, y vacíala (¡¡¡¡¡¡VACÍA LA - NO VACÍALA!!!!!!!) mitad con la opción de bebidas calientesy la otra con la de bebidas frías. Comprueba que el botón de encendido se ha puesto en verde. Ah, y pueden quedarse con su "Sueldo Nescafé" que se entrega a colectives transversales, eso no es un sorteo es AGENDA 2030

How often do you rinse machine if used once or twice daily? If you use milk pods do you rinse more often? Seems a lot of water wasted.

No, they are not. All the nescafe dolce gusto systems are compatible with only nescafe dolce gusto capsules. You can find third party capsuels, but they need to say somewhere on the box, that it is compatible with nescafe dolce gusto. Hope that helps.

Thanx for this video, saved me from a trip to repair shop and few weeks of no good coffee. My Piccolo XS it's still in warranty, but here, the warranty procedure and the birocracy are so slow and annoying

Thanks had just spent 30 quid on descaler and ciffe only to find the instructions dont gome in English, i was ready to throw the dam thing up the wall, i was rinsing and rinsing then brought the descaler as mynorange light wouldnt titn green no matter how much cleaning i did without the descaler, the trick is holding the on button on until thr light flashes gree and orange - then you rinse and it works, i reckon i didnt need the descaler as we use it x 2 a day so not in constant use, still you luve and learn
