My creatista uno is stuck in lockout mode ie (orange descale light is on but won't let me start the descale cycle) so it can go back to normal..any tips?

I did this process for the 3rd time now, and every time, it is just the same procedure and had no problem that you encountered. I hope you can fix yours.

@@ProductUnboxingMore Thx so much for replying! Couldn't get tech support on the phone long enough to fix my issue. (Poor network out here in the countryside.) But I'll try them again later. One question for u: Have you ever encountered the "descale lockout" mode? And if so, would you know how to override it so the descale can progress as normal? Essentially, life got really busy and I didn't descale when I should have (when the light first started blinking) and now the light is solid orange but I can neither start the descale program or factory reset my machine. If you have any insight, it's appreciated. Thx!

Update: I got it resolved on my own. I kept pressing the steam and ristretto buttons and after disconnecting/ reconnecting power until I got the descale program to begin as normal. Trial and error! Can you keep this thread up in case it might help someone else? Thanks
