Her name is Uma. Ursula's daughter. But you can not blame Ben. He was under Uma's spell. When Mel went back to Auradon she left her spell book behind by mistake and Uma found it. And she cast a love spell (guessing it was the same spell Mel cast on Ben in the first movie) on Ben. He could not help fall for Uma like he did Mel in the first movie.
