I think that was China giving a sincere tribute to her dear and missed friend. It was a beautiful tribute to him and I DO agree with her that Carlos would have wanted to bring Princess Red into his family circle. He had a compassionate heart. That's also why he made a safe place on the Island for the kids to go to if they needed help.
