I think they should have just made this into a book. The original cast was the heart of this franchise and Descendants 3 ended it on a good note. The wedding was a nice bonus plus lovely tribute to Cameron and honestly that’s where the original series should have ended. Another movie won’t be the same without the original cast.

I think they kind of gave us an Easter egg by their outfits. I think Kylie Cantrall will play Red daughter of Queen of Hearts because she is in red and Dara Renee will play Chloe daughter of Cinderella because of the crown in the side of her hair and she is wearing a princess kinda dress.

Huh that's going to be a bit.. if Dara is Cinderellas daughter...is this Cinderella going to be a different Cinderella from the first 3 films cause that Cinderella was Chad's mother.... genetically I don't see Chad and Dana's Chloe being siblings But the way Disney has been going I wouldn't put it past them. It's like Brandys version of Cinderella where the black queen and the Hispanic king had an Asian prince. Well once Upon A time had many detentions with different Cinderellas. So guess Descents can have the same... We'll see.

For me, the end of the third movie never felt like a finale. They just got engaged and i thought the wedding is missing. I hope we will at least hear in the next movie how the wedding went and what happened to the old characters, even if it only happens through narratives.

Even with this "4th" movie, I think of this new movie as it's own. The cast and story line is very much different, and as much as I love descendants, the story is done. They could've done more for the ending, but without Cameron it wouldn't have worked emotionally for the fans or cast.

If Descendants 4 does come out then the original characters have to come back for the fourth film. In my opinion they are what make the movie great and wonderful. With all the history that they have together and how they come together as a family, is simply genius and wonderful.. Huge fan!!!

They'll likely just cameo and that's all. I think they're trying to explore the fantastic and large world of Auradon, because there are so many more fairytales that need exploring. Which would make sense as they're trying to involve a new generation of Disney kids. But Mal and Ben are having a child, so we'll definitely see some more next generation VKs/HKs

When i heard it was confirmed, some part of my descendants fan soul rised!!! On the other hand its so gut wrenching to think that cameron boyce died and thats a big loss to take in, i loved the franchise so much and im glad its going to be a whole new different story, but still if cameron was here he would've wanted this story to live on so we have to be excited!!!

My first reaction was such joy because China introduced the movie and she's so talented and should be in more things. I agree the movie without Cameron and the other guys feels a little off but I think they're going about it the right way. They're doing a kind of spinoff set in the same world but with a lot of different characters :)

Actually I think Disney is going to be sneaking in some WOKE in 4. Afterall we had the son of Cinderella and prince Charming in the first 3 movies yet he had blond hair and blue eyes like the animated Cinderella... yet Rana might be Chloe? Now there could be a lot of possibilities from a stepsister to a different Cinderella like in Once Upon a Time series season 7 had done which explain all new characters. I am just hopping the movie isn't going the rout of Brandys version of Cinderella where the Hispanic king and the black queen had an Asian son. Don't get me wrong I liked the movie and the songs. Even enjoyed Whoopie in it. It was just at the time I was learning about Genetics in school and well let's just say writing a paper on the the movie family back then didn't earn me points.

I´m fine with a decendants 5 and I believe it could make a really good movie, but the origila 3 movies will always be the three really specil movies. I feel like descendants 4 would kind of start a new filmseries in the same univers or something (I think you know what I mean).
