I prefer going the other direction. Up Santa Rosa creek, cross 46 and down Old Creek Road towards Cyucos. If you want some gravel type riding, you can then hang a left on Rita road and head toward Templeton.

No. There might be cars so bring your A-game and pay attention, but I saw very few cars because the road goes to nowhere

I went down super hard here last week. Into the barbed wire fence Which kinda saved me. The contrast of light is bad in these canopies. A lot of bad road there still. Be safe.
