I saw a discussion about the "French vs. Italian" methods for descending. The French method says to maintain a relatively upright body position as you let the bike lean with the turn, and the Italian is vice-versa. It appears that FFB uses the French method, and I've been trying this going back to sometime last season, and it really does allow me to handle cornering with a lot more confidence. Great video!
