I binge-watched all of your videos, and I'm loving your approach to Notion. Out of curiosity, how much do you pay for your Notion Enterprise with that many members? 😮

Love to hear it, thank you! Enterprise is typically 25/seat/month but I have it for free as a Certified Consultant.

How are you treating the breadcrumb problem in the setup you present here? Cheers

Keep it up Josh! I agree that permissions in Notion are difficult to grasp. I think everyone starts sharing page by page and realize that it can get messy quickly. Thank you for showing the share by group option, I had no idea! I think a video dedicated to sharing permissions would be worthwhile, hope you can add it to your list of ideas 😊

This is so helpful, thank you! I take it for granted but you're right - sharing is not intuitive. The path of least resistance for people is sharing page by page but that's definitely not the most efficient. I'll definitely add this to the list!

@@JoshRedd what if we are such a small team that we are not using teamspaces and just have Guests (no members)? Is there a good way to set up permissions or workflow for that while still having the hierarchy of roles (CEO, Project Manager, Contractors). Each of these roles would need their own level of access to information on certain pages. For example, a project manager needs a birds eye view of all tasks and projects but a contractor only needs to see what their tasks are for the projects they are involved in (the MeOS you demonstrate). I'm curious how permissions would work in this example as both the Project Manager and Contractors are guests.
