Wow; this is an outstanding approach. I've tried many times to design a bullet journal system in Notion and this really checks some missing links for me. Thank you

Finally someone understands it. We have no true bullet journal in Notion until now.

Hey Josh, this is great. I'm pretty new to bullet journaling and have been using BASB methodology. Really like the idea of migration of tasks, and being intentional rather than potentially leaving tasks in your system for long periods of time! Question: How do you feel your system could work with a readwise integration? I ask as I have a lot highlights I want to link to notes or tasks through relations

So glad you got the intentionality point! Im very familiar with the readwise connection having done it myself before. I think it would actually work really well! Id make a reference collection and show a view of your readwise book highlights database. Then you can relate that database to the bullets database to be able to make those connections. unless they changed it, your highlights all end up under one page so you’re not necessarily connecting at that level. But it should be pretty standard from that point on creating related tasks and notes! I dont think i talked about the help page in this video unfortunately but the template includes a link to a public help page that i can update including ideas on modifying. I may record a how to for this and put it in the help page!
