This is the worry I have, almost the same, started 1999. I hope you’re well as well as possible and that we are both wrong and heal/-even just any function/ improvement would be good. hope today is a “better“ day for you. 💕 Dr Katinka, is there any hope with this degree of damage/maladaptive neuroplasticity? Thank you.

Cold is my biggest challenge and humidity I have been suffering with full-body rsd/crps. It's severe in nature. I don't think I could tolerate this . I do desensitize in the shower with a brush and I do get some relief from it. My head and face burn and it goes in to my eye's,nose,mouth, all the way down to my toes. It really suck's. I do everything I learn to see what work's. Maybe this treatment is for case's that aren't severe as mine.

I know I can’t even watch all of that bit, mirror neurons going crazy! Don’t forget she is five weeks into the treatment now, and could not tolerate it at the start. Wish you well, from one full body CRPS warrior to another. 💕

It basically helps re-train nervous system response sort of like Feldenkrais method (which helped my nerve pain after a car accident) reduces trauma as a trigger.

My small nerve fibers are damaged from B12 deficiency. Although it has gotten a lot better, like 95% better since taking B12 in December... I have an infection and I am unable to treat my UTI with antibiotics because anything I try flares up the nerve pain massively. I've tried Trimethoprim, Doxycycline, Hiprex (non-antibiotic, antiseptic); and even some supplements like Uva Ursi, Horsetail. Interestingly, they all work, but ALL cause stinging, burning, in many areas of my body (arms, thighs, upper torso, neck and sometimes face). It seems my nerves are so sensitized and it's very hard to tolerate the long treatments (weeks to months) that I need.

Have you tried cranberry prebiotic plus probiotics along side D mannose and stopping all food allergies? Also sea salt sitz baths 2-3x/ day.
@matthewlake182 Жыл бұрын
@@SS-in1tsD mannos has worked for a previous infection but not this one. Cranberry (cysticlean) and Lactoferrin worked quite well for 3 months but then stopped working completely. I figured out how to tolerate antiboitics (trimethoprim) and that worked well for a month or so but bacteria seemed to get resistant. I just started phage therapy with my custom raoultella phages and so far I'm making good progress. :)

@@lovechild872 I work in the hospital and I ask every patient I work with what level of pain they are in. I see evidence everyday that one can be in moderate to high pain without actively grimacing/wincing, especially those who have lived with chronic pain for years. In summary, one can be in pain without outwardly showing it. I am done responding to you. Have a nice day.
