hey Chef, you made me remember back to 1983 when i was 118 lbs &not wanting to gain back after losing about 20 lbs or so few years before that. Well, i made hubby an apple pie. In the dark, to not wake him from a nap, i got myself a slice & took the spice bottle with apple pie spices, so i thought !! Well, i sure got a big surprise, it was steak spices !! haha P.S.- the pie went moldy & i said, i would never make another, & i don't think i ever did !! Great memory. Oh & guess what !!??
