Desert Rats 'will live on' 13.03.13

The new Commander of 7th Armoured Brigade has been speaking about the changes faced by the Desert Rats.
They'll lose their tanks after almost eight decades of heavy armour and will re-roll as an adaptable force Brigade.
Brigadier James Woodham says despite the changes, the Brigade and its spirit will live on.

This is besmirching the legacy of those brave men who faced a foe with greater power than themselves and still prevailed at horrible use. The Desert Rats -defined- British armour development into the modern age of armoured warfare. This is a despicable insult to generations of British men and women.

What an insult to all those that have fought and died for the Desert Rats. The history of the 7th Armoured is similar to the history of HMS Ark Royal, the two are famous throughout the world of the British Armed Forces! These cuts are starting to not only effect the effectiveness of the Forces but the History of them aswell!! WAKE UP Cameron and see what you are doing.
