I picked the eggs, went to Silitus. Tryed it in both "times", with and without my dress on and it doesn't work.

As I said in this video, the achievement is changed. It no longer requires the dress (which was the point of the video) even though it says so in the achieve text still. As explained in the video, you now buy the Spring Florist's Pouch and use that to plant the flowers :)
