Great!! If you prefer Condo-Apartment and want to live near downtown then Oliver is best place to live . But if you prefer Townhouse-house (Limited apartment ) and away from downtown then Mills wood .

This video is all about other good communities to live away from downtown. Anyways I have always says in my videos if you want live close to desi communities & prefer to live townhomes , houses ( semi detached/ detached) then millswood area is good but if you are looking for downtown area & prefer Apartments, Condos then near downtown Oliver area is good to live.
