I love Ghee, and make my butter from store bought or from cattle ranch bought milk. I let it warm, if refrigerated, then let it whisk on a standing mixer till the Buttermilk separates from the actual Butter. Then I let harden for 24 hours, then cook it down, removing milk fat as I go. But your method helps me skip a step, making it easier. Thank you so much!
