Some if this stuff is familiar bodyweight excercise and grappling/ BJJ i have done...heck i learned a few things as well like hmmmm why didnt I think if that move?? LoL To anyone who watched this vid...TRUST me if you follow the 5 min vid of moves here it is a workout in and of itself 100%. Basic simple yet EFFECTIVE without equipment or gym membership and can be done anywhere at no cost.

These are intense training moves. I’ll do them in stations with a group, timer. And limited resting time in between each exercise for maximum improvement in endurance and cardio.

These exercises are good and all, but you quickly reach a hiatus. It's ridiculous to say Gym's weighted excersises don't built strength, through weighted excersises you can always increase weight and never hut the hiatus, thus making you incredibly strong and ripped simultaneously.

@Abhinav Kaul push-ups, lunges, Squats and other strength and stretching exercises have nothing to do with Yoga, yoga is breath training and meditation, fitness isn't Yoga, fitness was prevalent in Arab culture, this is why Arab traditions have dominated and massacred Indians, Indians stole exercises from the western athletes and named them Yoga, push-ups, handstand hold, Lunges, planks are western bodybuilding exercises.
