Well, I'm quite amazed by the mere simplicity of this video. 1) Ek to, poora hindi mein hai. 2) Duration of learning 7 din, ek hafta nhi balki actual waqt bataya hai, 4 months. 3) Har step detail mein hai, prevention of injury ke saath. 4) Koi faltu ka showoff ya video extend krne k liye faltu bakwaas nhi ki gayi hai. Thx bro i been tring so hard for the past several years still could nt achieve it i didn't know what i was missing until i watched ur vedio i could do push up do the yoga pose no problem the thing was i couldnt hold the reverse plank postiion now i know where to work .....what amazed me was the time i could hold a hand stand without walking was equal to the time i could hold the reverse plank.

Until now I was touching my upper back against the wall which gave me marker that my hips are inline with shoulder.. Now I started to do it a bit away from the wall .. I had issue with the kick.. Thanks bro :) I think while kicking I was keeping my legs far.

@@buffeduplife2507 1. make sure you are holding it with right form ( open shoulders and posterior pelvic tilt. 2. leanr to use fingers while trying to balance thhe handstand, I have not mentioned the importance of the finger pressing in this vide. So once you feel you are about to fall forward press the finger tips hard on the floor. also maintaon the pyramid grip with hollow fingers ( gap beneath them)

One of the best tutorial for handstand I have seen.... I have downloaded this video for doing daily practice.... I am able to do proper pushups 15 to 20 ....pike push ups need some time to do😁... And after watching you video ...I have confidence to practice hand stand...I am able to frog stand for 5 sec as from today I started to practice handstand... And the last wrist excercise,I was able to do 😁....thanks Ranjan sir for this tutorial....❤❤❤❤

I was already prepared for first 3steps exit handstand was the thing I needed I was having balance already as I was able to do shirshahan but handstand was the goal I would be able to do it soon thanks bro!
