kafta curries are very popular in india, particularly in North India. The koftas are made using different vegetables such as bottle guard, cauliflower, cabbage, jackfruit etc. in this recipe l have made koftas using jackfruit and potatoes. This recipe video provides a step by step process of making kathal ( jack- fruit) kofta curry, l have also provided tips to enhance the texture and taste of curry.
