I actually have a couple of things to say 1. Omkar is a gem! He is one of a kind. 2. For any foreigners watching, Omkar speaks like any other Indian who speaks English, nothing extra. I obviously haven't met him but that's how atleast i speak English. 3. That confidence comes with meeting and speaking to a lot of people and that's why you know, man's experienced... 4. At $250 you are supposed to get a posh room and a very efficient receptionist like Omkar, here in India. As Indian rupee has high purchasing power parity compared to the US, you get similar experience of being in a $500-600 accommodation at the NYC in just $250. I've been to some five stars in India, they all have a somewhat outspoken but still efficient and charming receptionists like him. 😄

Hey Chris, welcome to amchi Mumbai...Intercontinental Hotel is a 4 star hotel as per Mumbai standards, it is one of the oldest and fanciest hotels in Bombay as it is sea facing. Please do visit south Mumbai, it is filled with good eateries and all the insta worthy places.
