Tip: use clutch nd brake when you want to stop Use only brake when u just want to slow down (slowing down below the minimum required speed at that gear will stall the engine)

Informative video. But instead of remembering the lowest speeds for each gear, just remember the RPM. If RPM falls below a certain value for all gears, clutch needs to be engaged

Most importantly, unless you drive yourself, you won't be able to drive on the main road with actual traffic. You have to focus when you are learning. Once you focus completely on the task, you will achieve success within no time. Every skill can be learned. All you need is consistency and determination.

Great information even for experienced drivers. I tend to use 'blended braking' similar to the technique used by railway loco pilots. Combined use of engine braking and hydraulic brakes is the best way to decelerate the vehicle.

Although it is a good practice to do engine braking, do take care that there are no vehicles close behind you on the highway when you leave the pedals or downshift with rev matching. This is because YOU ARE SLOWING DOWN WITHOUT YOUR BRAKE LIGHTS TURNING ON.

You're right about the Lowest speed varies from car to car..but there's a pro tip too for new learners that don't let the rpm go below 1000 to avoid stalling.

Point 3, I think only works when you need to completely stop, otherwise When you are unsure about how much braking you will suddenly need , specially under trafficly stressed road conditions whether you are moving slow or moving fast, clutch is used either at the same time or right after applying brakes. As clutch is not just a neutralizer but you need to press it for sudden gears shift also..so this is the advance version of this point..thanks

Nice video. Simplifying- clutch is only used to change gears or at lower speed to avoid engine getting off. You should learn to drive using only accelerator and brake. Practically your left foot should spend 80% time on rest and 20% on clutch. Your engine and clutch plates will live longer. You will get best mileage. You will be less likely to replace engine parts during services. And eventually car will remain healthy.

Very informative video, helpful indeed. Some questions on my mind On 4th or 5th gear speed is 80-90,if i press clutch firstwhat will happen 1)speed will increase drastically or 2)speed will slow down gradually meantime i change my mind to release the clutch slowly what will happen 1)car will stop(fall off) 2)car will run and maintain the speed. What is the style of braking on speed more than 70-80 1)series of press and release 2)gradual continues pressing of break peddle till car comes to lowest required speed I don't know car driving, i ride bike.
