German engines are above all !! More so the 1.0 engines of VW are class apart. These 1.0 engines have proven reliability across the world. The reason being VW engines have been tuned to 50 percent of their capacity. The 1.0 engine is capable of producing 180bhp and even then it's 80 percent of engine capacity. Other brands utilise 80 percent of their engine capacity right from stock !!

I think there is issue in EGR or head gasket. Somehow coolant is sipping into combustion chamber & getting burned to exhaust white smoke. As it's a major expense Hyundai is waiting the warranty to be over. Better to force them to resolve the problem at the earliest.

😂😂 mere bhai. Head gasket blow hoga to car 10 km m saara engine oil fenk degi. Na chalegi na compression bnega engine me. Online video dekhte ho bhai in sab chijo ki to dekha bhi kro na kyu hota h aur kese hota h. Engine me coolant burn hota na to piston kab ke cease ho gye hote. Engine me water ya coolant ka Jana matlab engine khatam samjho. Vo sab kuj thik h Is car me intercooler ki hi dikkat hai kyuki air cool nhi hoga to exhaust me sardio me jitna moisture hoga sab absorb krega aur niklta dikhega. Jitna zyada hot air utna zyada white smoke. Kyuki baki white smoke reason eliminate huye. Intercooler carbon ki vjah se block ho skta h which means exhaust return m carbon hai which means ya to turbo khatam ho chuka h ya fir injectors m issue h Turbo khatam hota iska to easily isko aur service waalo ko pta chal jata. Chlanae se hi pta chal jata h. Which leaves us with injectors or bad air intake. Meaning he should get the air intake, throttle body and injectors checked. But most probably iske fuel me impurities rahi hongi jiski vjah se pehle fuel lines clog hui and then injectors me bhi thdi si clogging ho gyi hogi. Jab injectors proper spray nhi karte engine me ya overspray kte hain to complete combustion nhi hoti and carbon create hota h jo exhaust return(egr) me jata h and egr valve intercooler exhaust sab jgah tak ja skta h jo intercooler clog krega and air cool nhi hogi properly and fir se vo pura cycle. While this can happen in summer also, winter me ek bhi turbo system ka pipe crack hoga to moisture pakdega and vo moisture incomplete combustion ka reason ho skta h. To basically he needs to get the car scanned properly. Check live engine and sensor data. Check air filter, all the turbo system pipes and hoses, get egr cleaned, run the car using injector cleaner in fuel at least 3-4 tanks and then check again to see if the issue is resolved or how they should continue from there. Moral of the story agar yha tal poch gye ho to Maybe all my assessments are not exactly right but observe, review and then conclude. Ese comment kroge ki head gasket blown hai to Kai log isko seriously le lenge and ek car ki vjah se image khrab kr doge company ki. Rhi baat inke interior m chize tutna ya sensor me pani Jana and all. Ye sab human error hai and overcare karne se bhi ho skta h. I own a kia sonet htx turbo imt and I have completed 53000 kms in 3 and half years. Regarding engine I have no complaints, it is very powerful but now by the time passed I am facing knocking issue with the gearbox after 30000 kms and also I had got steering column replaced 2 times under warranty because of a very irritating noise from the steering on bad roads as well as on turning the steering fully but the same issue continues till now and now my warranty period is also over.

white smoke means that the lubrication oil is getting burned inside cylinder. the piston rings, piston and cylinder needs to be checked.

Yes, GDI, TSI and Boosterjet Engines has the issue of carbon build up on the intake valves. Toyota introduced port injection for their GDI Engines to mitigate these issues. Valves should be closed and needs walnut blasting at the intake valves to clear the carbon. But usually it happens at 1,00,000 kms for VW TSI Engines but we are new to these engines and we don't know if this can happen this early. There could be many reasons for carbon build up to happen early but it is inherent design flaw of the GDI engines for carbon build up. Usually it starts with low fuel efficiency at the start before misfire and white smoke happens.

Fuel quality also matters always try to fill from Company petrol pump. Else there will be carbon build up on spark plugs. I had to change mine in 6k km odo.Since then i only fill from company petrol pump.There are impurities in non company ones as my l scooter fuel injector was also changed, so yeah if you dont want to have these kind of issues and waste your time in service center then only fill from COCO petrol pumps. Or skip the pump if you think they add excessive alcohol to nake more profit. Trust me drive your vehicle to almost empty then fill the tank with company petrol pump it burns well and engine is happy.

I have been a hyundai customer for 11 years... But I can undoubtedly say their service has degraded to a point where you actually take a completely fit car to their workshop and comeback with issues once service is done... in one of my services after the wash their was condesation on my i20 info screen.... and it is still there.... next I also had an accident I had to leave my car at the bodyshop..... First they completely ruined the interior for the time the car was there... and the best part is there was no work required on the interiors...... and then to clean not sure what chemical they used... they whipped of the chrome from places on the ac knob... and the hazard light sign was also completely removed.... My cousin has a verna, he also faced a lot of issues... in one of our services both my i20's and his verna's washer pump stopped working "after" service.... I love hyundai's and I do feel the followup is good after service also... they will come to you if you face issues... but still I don't get it why there service is so unpredictable now.... I hope this improves... I want to buy a hyundai again..... hopefully such experiences don't happen with a new car.. talking of new cars my brother in law just purchased Nios and just few days after that the engine light came on .. and didn't go for almost a week... so yes experiences like that need to be avoided

Sir maine Kia Sonet chalai hai 1.0L iMT 3 saal, 75,000km plus...Usme mujhe engine se related bas ek baar problem aai thi, mysteriously uska camshaft toot gya. Service centre waalon ke pass koi jawab nahi tha kyu but vo warranty mei replace ho gya, after that no problems.

Jo log hyundai k engines ko unreliable bata rahe ho.. maine bhot si xcent dekhi hai taxi mai 5-6 lakh kms chal gyi hai without any engine rebuild.. so there 1.2 kappa engines are bulletproof..👍

Yeh allignment ki dikkat meri verna 2019 mei bhi hai hardly 2 months theek chlti hai kitni baar krwayi hai alignment kabhi camber change krdete hai kabhi rooter/ disc pad krte hai

Hyundai ki cars jo verna tak sari cars hai sab me ek common problem hai.. car thode time bad left ko khichti hai.. kitna bhi allignment karva lo. Aur compressor kai bhi issue to sab kar me hai. Achi baat hai ye dikat inko nahi ayi. Paint quality is also an issue. but fir bhi kafi had tak paint issue ab resolved hai.
