Welcome to the upper shimla Area !! Hatkoti temple is in Rohru. I am from Kotkhai which is also part of the upper shimla area. Jubbal, Rohru & Kotkhai together are known as the apple belt of himachal. Maximum himachali apples come from here. Do visit in apple season which starts from July if you want to experience eating fresh apples direct from the trees. Don't know who has written Uttarakhand but Pabbar river flows all along Rohru and is very much part of HP. You can experience also explore Giri Ganga, Chaanshal trek, Haatu temple. They are close by.
