Exploring Places To Visit In Kolkata & Local Bengali Street Food | DesiGirl Traveller | Travel Vlog

Presenting to you all my travel vlog from Kolkata. I went to Kolkata - the city of Joy & Love during the Durga Puja last year (October 2019). I had already uploaded the Durga Puja Vlog after returning back from Kolkata and this vlog in which I explore all the tourist and not-so-tourist places of Kolkata was pending to be edited. In this vlog, you would see my visiting the famous Victoria Memorial, Park Street, Garia Haat Market, Old Kolkata, Star Theatre, Tram ride, Yellow taxi rides in Howrah, trying out all the local food of Kolkata including Panipuri, rolls, fish, rosogulla and more.

When you visit Kolkata, then ask local people wherever you staying for famous sweet shop, puchkha shop, tea stall, Briyani, street food etc, try there, you will surely loved it... Visit during durga puja occasion, take help of local about the famous pandal for that particular season, visit those places. You can plan to visit kolkata during winter also as it's not too much cold here. If you are with children and want to visit some places for fun then do visit Nicco Park(dry plus water kingdom), Science city, Eco park, Victoria Memorial, Birla planetarian, Alipore zoo etc
