How much resistance shows the connector

Mine LCM has problem showing unclear digit.i opened it .but then didn't set well.after trying lot it display it was showing small 1,then it shows 256.00, i put packing to put pressure ,it was working ok.all were solved ,but new problem apeared, that was not display related but a small led which is meant for background light for night.i opened the LCM again ,now ,it not worked, 8 shows in place of 0 ,when i pressur at connecting side it show 222 in place of 0.i seen your video yesterday.i did all with zebra, but it require pressur to display ,that too not clear. I have radio handheld walkie talki.can you please suggest some remedies.can i use other zebra stripe from calculator,if it has same size?

Check the height of the zebra strip is appropriate?

if you have the same size of zebra connector, you can use it.

I had missing segments. Took it off and cleaned it with cotton swab and alcohol. Now I get nothing. Not one digit.
