So you've got the nozzle 1 inch about the mold and the mold is shown as 3 parts. Nice try but this isn't how they actually are.

A very poor video and a poor machine design. 1). No barrel spring for the nozzle to contact the mold. 2). The pinion gear is too large. The one shown will lessen the pressure. A pinion gear must be no larger than 1" pitch diameter. That gives a 1/2" radius, (.5) which doubles the force.* 3). The gear rack should be square, not round as shown. Square gear racks have a larger area of gear pitch allowing for greater force transmission. 4). The computer generated voice, sucks. Really annoying. *Length of handle arm X force applied ÷ .5 ÷ ram diameter = injection pressure. Example: 20" handle X 10# force applied = 200. 200 ÷.5 = 400. 400 ÷ ram area (say 1" which is .7854 area) = 509.2946 psi. injection pressure. (to find the area of a cylinder: radius X radius X pi (3.1416) (radius is half the diameter).
