Hello, I'm new to your channel, great tutorials and info!, I can't seem to find a crm automation workflow, where once setup is complete, I'll get a notification of what step is next for any client, and if the activity is overdue it will urgently notify me. I need to automate this to dedicate my time to prospect and PR clients. Thanks for your comments!

I have documented a recurring process. What can I do to do this process on multiple resources at the same time without copying the folder of the process for each resource?

Watched the movie. I was interested immediately because I thougth "What!? Has clickUp added a conditional field of some kind?" That would have been something! But no, the diamond figure is not addressed on the explanation. Bit of a bummer. My mistake.
