I get lost in beads so often. It’s hard to know when to stop exploring and start making music … or a video lol often it just ends in exploring till I’m tired. Great video I love when you go back to the same modules and find new depths to them. We should all be doing that with what we have I think!

Same problem with my Beads . I powered up my case and noticed the quality light was on white, no other buttons work. I tried updating the firmware and I think this worked however beads is still not working. I’ve been on forums asking about and so far have found 5 (including you) with problems. I think when beads is starting up it cannot boot like the boot loader isn’t working. This is very annoying as it’s such a great module 😢

Yup, same thing here, only the white light. When I press the Freeze button (while the module is on) it goes directly into firmware update mode, do you have that too? (Could be Seed button, but one of the two, haven't tried it in a while)

For a second I thought you'd be just making weird granular noises, and sampling bits to make custom pads. That's a technique I use a lot with software, resampling VCV into Pigments. Modular is great for making random tinkly layers, but using Beads to do this in real-time is cool. It's kind of playing the granular delays like an extra VCO. Very sampleable too, if that's a word 😉
